Return Policy

 

There are no returns allowed. In order to be sure what you are ordering verify the manufacturer, pattern and color, or email a picture to us of the fabric or check the manufacturer website. We guarantee the fabric will be first quality and that we will ship you the correct fabric as we order it directly from the vendor that you specify.

Fabric is inspected before it ships to you. But if you find any defects, notify us within 10 days of receiving it and we will replace that fabric with the same by following these steps. Please email a photo of the defect to us at customerservice@myfabricdeals.com. We can either try to work something out or we can mail you a prepaid return shipping label to return the fabric. Fabric can’t be returned or exchanged for any reason once it has been cut.

If you receive the wrong fabric we will replace it. Just email us a photo of the fabric or send us a cutting so we don’t ship you the wrong piece again by mistake.

Return issues are very rare for us as we almost always send to correct, first quality fabric out to our customers.
